Well-Baby Care

Visits and immunizations are scheduled according to the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics so that your baby receives the optimal medical attention at all stages of development. We offer lactation and nursing support as well as answer all questions about your newborn so you can feel assured that your baby is healthy and happy.

Well-Child Care

We see your child for regular check-ups on a schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. These visits vary from monthly after birth to annually for school-age children. The annual examination is a thorough, comprehensive review of your child's physical, emotional and social development, and we allow time for a detailed discussion of your concerns and questions.

Well-Adolescent Care

Teenagers are given special time in addition to medical check-ups. We are available to discuss their specific concerns confidentially. We also consult with parents about their growing children and the issues surrounding adolescent development.

Sick Visits

We have onsite laboratory facilities allowing us to get results from numerous tests including white blood cell counts, strep throat tests, lipid screening, anemia screening, flu testing, RSV testing, mono testing, sedimentation rates and urine analyses within minutes. Our on-site lab contributes to the rapid diagnosis of your child's condition. We also draw labs to send to outside facilities for tests that are unable to be analyzed onsite.

Emergencies

We are available at all times to deal with emergent medical issues of your child. During office hours, a child with an emergent illness will be seen promptly. After regular office hours, one of our physicians is always available to respond.

Complimentary New Parent Visits

New mom visits are available free of charge to help you prepare for the birth of your child. During these visits you will be able to meet Dr. Alsahlani, get a tour of the office, and have any of your questions answered.
